Payment Methods

  • Credit card payments via the secure Stripe platform (transaction receipt and email confirmation provided)
  • Payments by cash and check are accepted for in-person hand delivery (Ventimiglia to Antibes). Please contact us directly to arrange this delivery and payment.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery available to France and Italy. For other EU countries, please contact us. Deliveries outside the EU are currently not available.
  • Shipping costs are based on destination, weight, and size. Free delivery for orders over €250.
  • Production times may vary and can take up to 6 weeks. Customers will be informed of delays.
  • Shipping Address is required for delivery. Billing Address is required for card payments.

Right of Withdrawal / Refunds

  • Standard products can be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days, in accordance with EU law.
  • Customized products (business or personal) cannot be returned.
  • Customers cover return shipping costs.

Warranty

  • French consumer protection law guarantees a warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Defective products can be returned within 14 days for refund or exchange.
