Your Breathing Guide

Elena Esposito is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT200 teacher. Her yoga journey began over 15 years ago, sparked by a freediving course where she first discovered the power of breath control. Her teaching approach is deeply rooted in the transformative practice of pranayama, the art of conscious breathing. She studied foundational pranayama techniques in the Sivananda tradition during her training at Arhanta Yoga Ashram in India and later expanded her knowledge through a dedicated seminar organized by AYCO, following the Krishnamacharya lineage.
Elena believes that integrating pranayama into daily life creates a powerful ripple effect, enhancing presence, clarity, and overall well-being while improving both physical and mental balance.
"The Breathing Club is my way of making breathwork accessible and sustainable, fostering consistency and group accountability to help practitioners experience its profound benefits over time".
