1. What if I’m not a yoga practitioner?

These experiences are open to anyone who loves nature. Previous yoga experience is not required nor obligatory. Yoga and meditation are always optional — you’re welcome to join simply for the hike, the fresh air, and the reconnection with nature.

2. What level of fitness is required?

A basic level of fitness is helpful for the hiking part. The trails vary in length and elevation, but most are accessible to anyone used to walking moderate heights and distances. Each experience will state the level of difficulty of the hike.

3. Where do the experiences take place?

Around the French Riviera and nearby mountains — from sea-view trails to peaceful forest paths.

4. How long does it last?

Usually half a day or a weekend, depending on the route and season.

5. What should I pack?

Comfortable hiking or trail shoes (not sneakers), layered clothing suitable for outdoor weather, a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, hat, sunscreen, and a light waterproof jacket.

6. What is the weather like?

The French Riviera enjoys a mild climate most of the year, but mountain areas can be windy or cooler. Always check the forecast before each experience — and bring multiple layers to stay comfortable.

7. Do I need insurance?

We recommend that participants have personal travel and health insurance covering outdoor activities and cancellation.

8. Can I join alone or with my partner?

Absolutely. Many people come solo, and others join with their partner — it’s a welcoming space to connect with yourself, your beloved, and others.

9. Are meals included?

Most experiences include a shared snack or picnic — always fresh, vegetarian, and locally sourced. Details are provided for each event.

10. What happens if the weather changes?
If conditions are unsafe, the experience may be postponed or moved indoors. You’ll always be notified in advance.
11. How big are the groups?

We keep our groups small — up to 15 people — to ensure an intimate atmosphere, yet keeping a group size where everyone can connect with everyone.

12. How do I book?

You can secure your spot directly through the “Join Us” button. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
