Conscious Yogi

Conscious Yogi was born from travels, personal experiences and dreams, the kind that hide in the daily routine and remain there, without being heard for years. One day you stop, look inside and realize that those dreams are so big that you can no longer leave them unheard.
Elena Esposito, a Yoga Alliance certified RYT200 teacher, traditionally trained in India at the Arhanta Yoga Ashram by Yogi Ram Jain. She conceived Conscious Yogi on her flight from Delhi to Nice and she is now engaged in tailoring exclusive hatha yoga experiences in the French Riviera.

Conscious Yogi’s experiences are designed to foster an authentic connection between the practitioner, the yoga practice, and reconnection with nature through natural materials. Sessions combine breathing exercises, warm-up exercises, hatha yoga postures, and relaxation techniques, with the aim of promoting not only physical benefits but also a profound sense of inner peace, mental clarity, and well-being. To enhance the journey, eco-friendly yoga accessories are thoughtfully integrated into every session. Made in Europe from high-quality natural materials, these accessories act as a bridge—helping practitioners reconnect with nature through their practice, deepening the sense of balance and grounding that yoga offers.

Conscious Yogi is more than yoga—it is an invitation to reconnect deeply with yourself, nature, and a life of meaningful balance.

Elena Rachele Esposito

“My yoga practice has greatly evolved in the last 15 years. I found yoga on my path to fight the fear of holding my breath underwater attending an Apnea Academy freediving course. On my yoga journey as a student, I quickly realised those morning or after-work short practices soon became the long-awaited moment of my week. I felt the benefits for both the body and mind. Having lived onboard yachts from 2012 to 2020 I tried many different schools and teachers, both online and in person in various parts of the world. I explored different styles of yoga like Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Nidra. In time, I became conscious of the fact that yoga isn’t just a series of poses, it is a philosophy and a way of life. It helped me to better understand and take care of myself and my relationships with others. On the mat I learned to observe what is happening in my body and in my head without judgement, to accept my limits and to be kind towards myself.”
